Wrist pain or open wrist is a type of syndrome that prevents the patient using their hand due to a dolorous wrist, sometimes, the pain may even be very strong, going ''in crescendo'' when trying to apply some force. Normally it's caused after too strong a demand to the wrist, as is the case with weight lifters, athletes in general, or even bricoleurs. ==Remedies and causes== * If there is no inflammation the use of a simple leather or neoprene wrist brace its recommended (or even steel-reinforced one, after applying hot or cold pads, in the first moments).
